COMPANHIA DE EST\u00c1GIOS must make every effort to provide support to the holder and to demand compliance from third-party Partners. Ex. Personal Data is accessed by:\n<ol class=\"roman-list wp-block-list\">\n<li>COMPANIES advertising vacancies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>COMPANIES that hire COMPANHIA DE EST\u00c1GIOS to carry out their selection process;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technology service providers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>essential providers for the execution of COMPANHIA DE EST\u00c1GIOS activities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All sharing is carried out safeguarding secrecy, confidentiality and respecting the principle of necessity, without prejudice to the other principles set out in art. 6 of the LGPD.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Duration and Disposal of Personal Data:<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal Data remains until its deletion is requested, as it is used for learning vacancies until effective vacancies, meaning that the User can benefit and receive notifications of vacancies throughout the period of their life that they wish, meeting the User&#8217;s legitimate interests.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Security:<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Internal information security policies together with the design of the software architecture guarantee procedures to prevent intrusions and data security. Furthermore, all data is stored on a Cloud Computing platform, certified by Privacy Shield, with communication protected by the HTTPS protocol through an SSL security certificate, and direct access protected through firewalls.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Telephone Contact, E-Mail and Text Message:<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When a User registers on the Platform and provides a cell phone number or email address, it becomes available to Companies that have open positions. The User may, therefore, receive messages from COMPANHIA DE EST\u00c1GIOS or these Companies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Access to Data and Results of Tests Performed:<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When a User registers on the Platform, they authorize COMPANHIA DE EST\u00c1GIOS and Companies to access their Personal Data, entered voluntarily, contained in their CV; It also authorizes access to the results of tests carried out within the Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>International Data Processing:<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In specific cases, Personal Data will be transferred to another country, in the event of:\n<ol class=\"roman-list wp-block-list\">\n<li>vacancy in a foreign country;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>headquarters of the company that will analyze the Personal Data of candidates in a foreign country;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>system or platform of the client\/contracting company that will receive the Personal Data in a foreign country.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>COMPANHIA DE EST\u00c1GIOS and other companies linked to the group use the Amazon Web Services cloud, which is stored in the United States.
