Definitions:
- User: individual who uses the Companhia de Estágios platform and group companies to search for vacancies, access content, participate in events or register a company.

- Platform: COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS website and systems where vacancies are posted and User and Company registration is carried out.
Data capture:
1. The data is provided voluntarily by the User with the aim of:

  2. Event registration
  3. Download materials
2. Personal Data may also be collected through third-party Partners whose collection is carried out through the User’s authorization and consent upon accepting the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy for the purpose of:

  5. research, content on the job market and topics related to the area of human resources, in an anonymized manner;
  6. internal records to protect the legitimate interests of the controller or third parties, as well as to ensure the regular exercise of rights or comply with legal obligations;
  7. management of selection processes;
  8. registration of financial information.
2. All information obtained via the Platform or telephone can be updated, blocked or deleted at any time by the User, as established in the General Data Protection Law in its art. 18.

  4. essential providers for the execution of COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS activities.
2. All sharing is carried out safeguarding secrecy, confidentiality and respecting the principle of necessity, without prejudice to the other principles set out in art. 6 of the LGPD.
Duração e descarte de dados pessoais:
1. Os Dados Pessoais permanecerão armazenados até que o titular solicite sua exclusão, considerando a possibilidade de o Usuário ser beneficiado com notificações de vagas durante diferentes fases da vida profissional, nos termos do legítimo interesse do titular e da COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS, conforme art. 7º, inciso IX da LGPD
Security:
1. A COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS adota políticas internas de segurança da informação, bem como arquitetura de software projetada para prevenir acessos não autorizados e garantir a segurança dos dados. Os dados são armazenados em ambiente de Cloud Computing certificado pela Privacy Shield, com comunicação protegida por protocolo HTTPS e certificado SSL, além de mecanismos de proteção como firewalls.
Contato telefônico, e-mail e mensagem de texto:
1. Ao se cadastrar na Plataforma e fornecer número de telefone e/ou e-mail, o Usuário autoriza o recebimento de comunicações da COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS e de Empresas com vagas disponíveis, por meio desses canais.
Acesso aos dados e resultados dos testes realizados:

Uso de tecnologias de inteligência artificial (IA)
1. A COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS utiliza tecnologias de Inteligência Artificial (IA), como o ChatGPT (OpenAI) e Gemini entre outras dentro do padrão de segurança similar para fins de otimização de processos internos, sugestão de redação de conteúdo e suporte automatizado em comunicações com os Usuários e Empresas, inclusive para testes e desenvolvimentos de novos produtos e serviços atrelados ao escopo de atuação.
2. O uso interno dessas ferramentas respeita os princípios da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD), especialmente os da finalidade, necessidade, transparência e segurança.
3. A utilização de tais tecnologias respeitará o padrão global de reconhecimento da marca e os demais princípios da legislação de proteção de dados, resguardando a utilização estritamente necessária para os fins da atuação da COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS.
Plataformas de IA
1. A COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS poderá utilizar as seguintes plataformas de IA:
  - ChatGPT (OpenAI) – Utilizado para suporte de linguagem natural, elaboração de sugestões textuais e apoio em comunicações automatizadas.
    - Política de Privacidade: https://openai.com/privacy
    - Documentação de Segurança: https://openai.com/security (acesso em 11/06/2025)
2. As informações eventualmente compartilhadas com tais plataformas são limitadas ao estritamente necessário para a execução das atividades previstas e são tratadas com base no legítimo interesse (art. 7º, IX da LGPD) ou consentimento do titular, quando aplicável.
3. Nenhuma informação é compartilhada com fins comerciais ou financeiros perante tais plataformas.
4. A COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS poderá, além da supra citada utilizar outras ferramentas de IA para testes e em seus processos operacionais, sempre em observância aos requisitos de segurança e ao padrão de reconhecimento global.
5. O tratamento de dados por meio dessas tecnologias obedece aos princípios da LGPD, incluindo finalidade, necessidade, transparência, segurança e não discriminação (art. 6º, LGPD).
6. Sempre que possível, os dados tratados por ferramentas de IA são anonimizados ou pseudonimizados, visando reduzir riscos de identificação direta de titulares.
7. A Companhia poderá revisar ou substituir as ferramentas de IA utilizadas, desde que garantido o cumprimento desta Política e da LGPD. As atualizações serão comunicadas na própria Política de Privacidade, sem prejuízo dos direitos do titular.
